1. somatics
 

Coherence begins in the nervous system. The body is the bridge to the outside world. Through our trauma-informed approach, we teach how to track and manage different internal states: fight, flight, freeze, fawn. Our process anchors in personal awareness to build capacity to hold emotion and sensation without collapse or bypass. That way, stress can dissolve immediately and team members can regulate before they relate. ​
 

2. SYSTEMS
 

Underneath every successful enterprise is an energetic architectural blueprint. We teach people how to sense the more subtle energetic dynamics across systems, whether it's power struggles, low morale, stagnation, and/or unconscious patterns affecting progress and growth. Through pattern mapping, flow tracking, nature modeling and ecosystems design, we help organizations restore clarity and movement in their daily operations to grow in sustainable and regenerative ways. ​

Meet OUR FOUNDER

LEAH SONARIA

Visionary & Chief Energy Officer

Leah Sonaria is a transformational guide, energetic strategist, and multidimensional spaceholder based in Vancouver, Canada. A longtime entrepreneur, she founded, scaled and sold a seven-figure eco-conscious yoga apparel company and has been innovating at the intersection of creativity, consciousness, and business since 2012.
 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Communication from Simon Fraser University—where she has taught at the university level—Leah brings both academic rigor and intuitive intelligence to her work. She is a lifelong learner and polymath, having studied with countless teachers across many disciplines including psychology, quantum physics, BioGeometry, health, consciousness and more.

Her approach is rooted in deep studies of ancient wisdom traditions, with a special devotion to the Egyptian mystery schools. As an ordained Priestess of Isis, she bridges the esoteric with the practical, channeling ancient codes into modern systems for transformation. 
 

Leah is a gifted intuitive, mentalist, and healer whose unique ability to entrain coherence at the quantum level allows her to harmonize energetic fields across teams, communities, and organizational systems. Her facilitation draws from a rich background in trauma-informed leadership, somatic embodiment, creative expression, and ceremonial arts.
 

An artist, singer, designer, published author, speaker, and community builder, Leah has led transformational retreats, creative intensives, and sacred pilgrimages around the world. Through her work, she is devoted to guiding visionary leaders and changemakers into deeper alignment with flow, purpose, and planetary service.
